During the ordering process, the following information is requested:  Name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information (if paying by credit card).  Photographs will also be submitted during the ordering process.

Your credit card information is never stored on our server.  Your name, e-mail address, and possibly phone number will be used to contact you regarding your order.  The provided addresses will be used for shipment of the mug(s) and return of scanned photographs along with your invoice.

We keep your pictures for a maximum of 30 days in case there are any problems with your order.  If the mug design has been entered into a contest, the design will be kept for the duration of the contest and the winning design will be displayed on our site.

We will keep track of your ordering history (using your name and e-mail address) to assist in our free mug offers and other discounts.

You will be added to our mailing list so that you can receive special offers and newsletters.  Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or email us at unsubscribe@marvelousmugs.com.
