Can I
preview the product design before it gets printed?
There is no way to ensure a perfect match of the
colors between the item and your computer. All computer monitors
represent colors differently unless they have been professionally
calibrated. This means that there may be slight differences in the
color.
Our 11 oz and 15 oz ceramic mugs are both dishwasher
and microwave safe. However, we do recommend hand washing of the mugs
to ensure long life of the vibrant colors.
Our stainless steel mugs should be hand washed and
are not microwavable.
Yes, our mugs are UV resistant. We buy only the best UV resistant
mugs and use UV resistant ink as well. That being said, your mug will
hold its' color best if not left outside in the sun.
Yes, we do bulk orders of 36 or more. Refer to

If you do not have a scanner, you can visit a local copy center or photo
developing store to scan your picture. You can also mail it to us at
Marvelous Mugs, 5511 Magnolia Greens Lane., League City, TX 77573 and we
will scan it for you and send it back with your purchase or back to the
billing address (if it's a gift).
If you are designing your own wraparound mug, your
image should be a maximum 3.25 inches high x 8.5 inches wide for an 11 oz
mug. For a 15 oz mug, the maximum size is 3.8 inches high x 8.5 inches wide.
The resolution should be 200 dpi or greater. If you are making a scrapbooking mug manually,

The larger the file size (resolution), the more information available for
the printer. We prefer to work with images at 200 dpi or better. This produces the best image quality. The best file
types are .jpg (JPEG), .bmp, and .png. We use
PhotoShop so if you want to send a .psd or compatible file, that is
okay too.
We will provide any custom request you may have. Just contact us
with the details.
Your mug should ship within 48 hours of order /
payment receipt. Refer to the
pricing page
for the time it takes to ship via the different options. Allow more time for large orders.
We use dye-sublimation to imprint our mugs. In
this process the ink is forced into the coating of the mug using high
pressure and high temperature. This process puts the image below the
surface of the mug. This allows for much more durability than other
mugs.
Yes, all mugs are the same, however, the orientation of the image and
text on a standard mug can be reversed so that the picture is facing you no
matter which hand you drink with.
You must provide proof of permission to use a professional photo.
Talk to the studio where the shot was taken.
We will keep your image files for 30 days after shipping your mugs in
case there is a problem with delivery, etc. After this time they will
be deleted.
Yes, we do make company logo mugs and t-shirts.
Discounts are available for large orders.

Proofs are always e-mailed when a deluxe layout has
been selected. Proofs are available upon request with any order.
